Our service commences approximately 4-5 weeks before your wedding day and we will ensure that the milestone event that you have planned is perfectly executed, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration with your loved ones.

Complete wedding day coordination (12 hours) including setup/breakdown:-

​

• Two additional assistants are available on the wedding day for up to 200 guests.

• Overseer vendor set-up of ceremony and reception space.

• Provide a point of contact for all vendors (filter questions, approve deliveries, troubleshoot, etc.)

• Set up personal décors, such as toasting flutes, special photos, guest book, unity candle, hand moulding ceremony, guest tokens, table numbers, and

• seating chart.

• Assist bride/groom and wedding party as needed prior to the ceremony.

• Distribute bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages.

• Organize wedding party to ensure everyone is in place and on time for ceremony and reception entrances.

• Orchestrate couple’s entrance, first dance, wedding toasts, speeches, dress changes, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, and grand exit to adhere to timeline.

• Collect personal items/gifts and ensure they are in a designated vehicle and ready for the final exit.
